BRC Asia (SGX:BEC) appointed Tan Lau Ming as its group chief operating officer, effective Aug. 22, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up nearly 5% in Monday trading.
Tan was previously the group's deputy COO.
