Renze Harvest International Ltd. has announced its unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The company reported a significant increase in revenue, which rose to HK$456.5 million from HK$379.4 million in the same period of 2024. This growth was attributed to a notable rise in revenue from overseas markets, diversification and enhancement of the product mix, and expansion into new customer sectors. However, the company recorded a loss before income tax of HK$37.7 million, a reduction from the HK$162.7 million loss reported in the previous year. Despite this improvement, the company faced a net finance cost of HK$38.9 million, which increased significantly from HK$11.1 million in 2024. Furthermore, the fair value gain on investment properties decreased to HK$19.7 million from HK$32.2 million in the corresponding period last year. There was also a write-down of inventories of properties amounting to HK$7.2 million, which significantly improved from the HK$68.0 million write-down recorded in 2024. Overall, the company's performance saw improvements in certain areas despite ongoing financial challenges, and it continues to focus on expanding its market presence and product offerings.
