智通财经APP讯，时代邻里(09928)发布2025年中期业绩，收入12.16亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长5.6%;母公司拥有人应占利润6383.8万元，同比增长56.7%;每股基本盈利6分。
物业管理服务板块仍是集团的最大收入来源。于2025年上半年，集团物业管理服务收入达到约人民币9.643亿元，占集团总收入约79.3%。有关增加主要原因为集团积极开展第三方市场的拓展，来源于第三方开发商的物业管理面积同比增长了18.9%，使得整体物业管理服务收入增加约人民币5400万元，增幅约5.9%;同时，集团在本期间积极开展家庭生活服务业务，社区增值服务收入获得了良好稳定增长，同比增加人民币1590万元，增幅约11.7%。
期间利润增长主要是本期间确认了认沽期权公允价值收益以及金融资产及合同资产减值损失净额同比增加的综合影响。
