耀才证券金融(01428.HK) 首席执行官许绎彬表示，港股应研究24小时交易，公司过去在不同场合已已港交所(00388.HK) 提出相关建议。由于业内已提供24小时电子化存款渠道，相信香港具备推24小时交易机制的条件。
他称，24小时交易将有效与世界市场接轨，巩固香港作为全球金融中心的竞争优势，兼且增加库房收入，预计24小时交易可以刺激港股成交至少增加五成。
另外，耀才证券主席叶茂林计划向蚂蚁控股旗下的上海云进，出售全部50.55%股权，现金作价约28.1亿元。许绎彬称，交易流程正按计划推进，将会每月公布交易进展，相信最终收购价与4月时公布的要约价一致。(mn/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-08-25 16:25。)
