2025年8月26日，工业和信息化部公示《2025年5G工厂名录》，我市河南黄河旋风股份有限公司成功入选。《2025年5G工厂名录》在全国范围内遴选48个行业中560个具备行业代表性、示范性的5G工厂，河南省共16家企业入围。我市黄河旋风凭借其在超硬材料领域的智能化建设成果成功入选，是我市首个入选5G工厂名录的企业。
5G工厂是充分利用以5G为代表的新一代信息通信技术，新建或改造产线、车间、工厂等生产现场，形成生产单元广泛连接、信息（IT）运营（OT）深度融合、数据要素充分利用、创新应用高效赋能的先进制造工厂。为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于深化“5G+工业互联网”发展的决策部署，工信部组织开展此次遴选，旨在打造一批5G工厂示范标杆，推动制造业数字化、网络化、智能化转型升级。
黄河旋风的成功入选，标志着我市在推动“5G+工业互联网”融合应用、打造制造业数字化转型标杆方面取得了国家级认可，是我市深入推进数字化转型战略的又一重要成果。下一步，市工信局将继续坚持以数字化引领新型工业化建设，聚焦制造业生产管理核心环节，深化5G技术在工业领域的规模化应用，积极支持和培育更多企业创建省级5G全连接工厂、申报国家级5G工厂名录项目，充分发挥标杆企业的示范引领作用，加速推动全市制造业高质量发展迈上新台阶。
