Midea Real Estate's H1 Profit Drops Even as Revenue Surges 41%

Midea Real Estate (HKG:3990) booked 305.5 million yuan in attributable profit for the first half of 2025, compared to 375.9 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the property developer gained 2% in afternoon trade Thursday.
Earnings per share were 0.21 yuan, compared with 0.26 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue increased 41% year on year to 2 billion yuan, figures showed.
The company also declared a dividend of HK$0.15 per share, payable Dec. 22 to shareholders of record on Dec. 4.
