消息面上，英诺赛科拟于8月28日举行董事会会议考虑及批准中期业绩。据悉，8月1日，英诺赛科正式回应与英伟达合作的相关传闻。公告称，公司已于近日与全球AI技术领导者NVIDIA(英伟达)达成合作，联合推动800VDC(800伏直流)电源架构在AI数据中心的规模化落地。8月18日，英诺赛科宣布其第三代(Gen3)700V 增强型氮化镓功率器件系列正式全面上市。
此外，中金近日发布研报表示，AI服务器电源是下一个千亿元市场，根据测算市场规模有望于2025E-2027E快速提升，模组/芯片市场规模CAGR预计为110%/67%，核心受益环节集中在PSU、PDU、BBU及DC-DC（PDB+VRM）等器件。随着GaN/SiC渗透、800V HVDC+SST架构落地及智能电源管理普及，龙头厂商市占率与业绩有望提升，二线厂商或承接溢出订单。
