8月28日，康方生物（09926）发布公告，宣布根据一级配售协议，将配售2355万股一级配售股份，配售价格为每股149.54港元，较2025年8月27日的收市价157港元折让约4.75%，以及较过去五个交易日的平均收市价168.08港元折让约11.03%。
此次配售股份占公司已发行股本约2.62%，预计所得款项总额约为35.22亿港元，净额约为34.93亿港元。公告中提到，配售所得款项的用途为：80%用于全球及中国的创新研发管道及基础设施建设，10%用于现有已批准产品的商业化，另外10%用于一般企业用途。
此外，公司还与夏博士和李博士签订了二级配售协议，出售300万股现有股份，约占已发行股份总数的0.33%。此次配售有望扩大公司的股东基础及资本基础，进一步增强财务状况。
