本期债券发行工作已于2025年8月26日结束，发行结果如下：
最终发行规模为25亿元，票面利率为1.90%。
发行人的董事、监事、高级管理人员、持股比例超过5%的股东及其他关联方未参与本期债券认购。本期债券承销机构中信证券股份有限公司的关联方参与认购6.8亿元，兴业证券股份有限公司参与认购1.5亿元，报价公允，程序合规。
