　　2025年8月25日，中国恒大（03333.HK）正式从港交所退市，结束了近16年的香港上市历程。

　　港交所此前宣布，自2025年8月25日上午9时起，中国恒大的上市地位将根据《上市规则》第6.01A（1）条予以取消。

　　公开信息显示，中国恒大集团深陷超2.4万亿元的债务危机，创始人许家印及多名高管因财务造假、挪用资金等被追责，对其的清盘程序仍在持续推进。

　　中国恒大，于2009年11月5日在港交所上市，成为在港上市最大的内地民营房企，2017年市值一度高达3700亿港元。2023年中国恒大披露了2021年和2022年财务年度的经营数据，合计亏损超8000亿元，刷新了中国企业最高亏损纪录。

　　2024年1月29日，中国香港高等法院对中国恒大发出清盘令。停牌前至退市时候，中国恒大股价每股0.163港元/股，市值21.52亿港元。
