8月25日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局近日发布批复，核准雷鸣中国建设银行股份有限公司副行长的任职资格。

　　简历信息显示，雷鸣，1969年12月出生，中国国籍。2023年9月起担任建信金融科技有限责任公司董事长、执行董事，2018年5月至2023年9月任建信金融科技有限责任公司总裁、执行董事，其间2018年12月至2024年5月兼任建行研修中心上海金融创新研修院（上海国际金融研修院）副院长、苏州金融科技研修院院长。2016年4月至2018年5月任本行金融市场交易中心副总经理，2011年11月至2016年4月任本行金融市场部下设商品与期货交易部副总经理。此前，雷先生曾任本行上海市分行办公室主任、上海南汇支行行长、上海市分行电子银行部总经理等职务。雷先生是高级经济师，1995年同济大学工业自动化专业研究生毕业，获工学硕士学位。
