智通财经APP讯，中国智能交通(01900)发布公告，公司预期集团将于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得归属于母公司拥有人应占溢利约为人民币3.61亿元，而于2024年同期则取得归属于母公司拥有人应占亏损约为人民币3840万元。
集团业绩转亏为盈主要归因于(i)由于集团于2025年1月1日实现了对恒拓开源信息科技股份有限公司的控制，重新计算恒拓开源于收购日期公允价值的收益约为人民币3.50亿元;及(ii)受证券市场波动影响，中期期间的金融资产公允价值变动亏损较小，而于2024年同期金融资产公允价值变动亏损较大。
