第一，美联储如果转向鸽派立场，会带来一些积极的市场预期；
第二，美国的 ISM 指数一直维持在 50 以下，这说明经济还没有真正进入扩张阶段，只有当这个指数超过 50，并且美联储开始降息之后，我们才能真正看到一个牛市的到来。
届时，不仅制造业会复苏，而且人工智能的发展和房贷利率的降低也会进一步推动市场的上行。所以，从机构投资者的角度来看，这确实是一个新的牛市。”
机构投资者认为今年四月份的低点是一个被迫去风险的时期，因为当时波动性很高、不确定性也很大。通常情况下，当机构投资者面对这些条件时，他们是无法买入的——当缺乏可见性、市场波动大时，他们会去风险化。
