越秀产业基金战略入股新天绿色能源并获董事会席位
新华财经广州8月25日电（记者吕光一）近日，越秀产业基金完成对新天绿色能源（00956.HK）的战略投资并获董事会席位。截至2025年8月4日，越秀产业基金及关联方持有新天绿色能源股份比例约为4.82%，成为新天绿色能源第二大股东。
越秀产业基金表示，此次战略入股标志着公司在风电领域的又一重要布局，也是践行“双碳”目标、搭建“光伏+风电+储能”新能源资产管理平台的最新实践。
新天绿色能源是全国领先的清洁能源服务商，旗下拥有天然气和风电两大业务板块。公司风电业务项目覆盖河北、山西、内蒙古、山东、新疆等10余个风光资源富集区，2024年风电发电量达139.08亿千瓦时。公司天然气业务涵盖长输管道、城市燃气、液化天然气（LNG）等领域，运营多条高压长输管道，2024年天然气输／售气量达58.88亿立方米。
越秀产业基金表示，未来，双方将以此次入股为契机，围绕风电、绿电制氢等领域展开深度合作，助力新能源产业发展。
