Dezign Format (SGX:UZF) established a new subsidiary in Malaysia named DF Experiences, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The company's principal activities include event organization and management.
The incorporation of the new unit was funded by internal resources, Dezign Format said.
