Graphex Group Ltd. has reported its unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Group recorded a decline in revenue to HK$76.835 million, down 18% from HK$93.742 million in the corresponding period in 2024. Revenue from graphene products decreased by 21% to HK$48.389 million, while revenue from landscape architecture saw a 12% decline to HK$28.446 million. The Group's adjusted segment EBITDA increased by 103% to HK$9.525 million, compared to HK$4.682 million in the previous year. The graphene products segment contributed positively with an adjusted segment EBITDA of HK$10.563 million, marking a 43% rise from the previous period. Meanwhile, the landscape architecture segment reported an adjusted segment EBITDA loss of HK$1.038 million, an improvement from the HK$2.692 million loss in 2024. The loss before tax was reduced by 51% to HK$28.016 million, compared to HK$57.303 million in the same period last year. The loss attributable to owners of the parent also decreased by 55% to HK$24.631 million, down from HK$54.096 million in 2024. Total assets as of 30 June 2025 amounted to HK$891.292 million, representing a 10% increase from HK$809.348 million as of 31 December 2024. Net assets and shareholder's equity both grew by 35% to HK$379.310 million. Cash and bank balances declined by 28% to HK$11.242 million, and debt was reduced by 6% to HK$222.023 million.
