智通财经APP获悉，总部位于中国香港的医疗及传统美容服务提供商MEDI Group(MEDG.US)于上周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交首次公开募股(IPO)申请，计划最高融资1500万美元。据招股书显示，该公司拟以每股4至5美元的价格发行330万股，募集资金总额达1500万美元。按发行价区间中值计算，MEDI Group市值将达1.36亿美元。
MEDI Group是一家美容与个人护理服务公司，以“Doctor's Concept”品牌在香港提供全方位美容及水疗服务。其业务分为两大板块：医疗美容服务与常规美容服务。
这家成立于2004年的香港企业在截至2024年12月31日的12个月内实现营收600万美元。公司计划以股票代码“MEDG”在纳斯达克上市，由美国信托投资服务公司与WestPark Capital共同担任联合账簿管理人。
