智通财经APP获悉，仲量联行发表报告指，7月份香港整体甲级写字楼租赁市场录得18.95万平方呎的正净吸纳量，自4月起连续四个月录得正吸纳量。写字楼空置率略有改善，但租金跌势持续，7月整体甲级写字楼租金环比下跌0.5%。
该行指，7月港岛东租金跌幅最显著，下跌2.6%，其次是九龙东，略跌0.7%。中环轻微回落0.2%。
写字楼空置率略见改善，7月底整体写字楼空置率轻微回落至13.4%，大部分分区市场的空置率均见下跌，港岛东及九龙东的空置率分别回落至13.4%及20.2%，湾仔/铜锣湾区则录得负吸纳量，空置率上升至9.6%。
