Best Pacific International's H1 Profit Drops 6%; Shares Up 9%

Best Pacific International (HKG:2111) reported HK$260.4 million in attributable profit for the first half of 2025, a decrease of 6.1% from the HK$277.4 million posted in the year-ago period, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Earnings per share were HK$0.2505, compared to HK$0.2667 in the prior year.
Revenue fell 2.3% year-on-year to HK$2.33 billion, figures showed.
The company declared a dividend of HK$0.125 per share, payable Oct. 10 to shareholders of record on Sept. 24.
Shares of the elastic fabric maker gained over 9% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
