智通财经APP讯，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)发布公告，杜渐先生(杜先生)因工作变动原因，申请辞去本公司非执行董事及审核委员会委员的职务，自2025年8月27日起生效。
继杜先生辞任后，董事会欣然宣布，董事会于2025年8月28日召开会议，同意提名杨建国先生(杨先生)为本公司第十届董事会新任非执行董事候选人，任期须经股东批准，自获选之日(即选举新任董事的临时股东大会(临时股东大会)批准之日)起至本届董事会成员任期届满之日止。
董事会进一步宣布，根据本公司总经理提名，经本公司董事会人力资源及薪酬委员会审查，董事会于2025年8月28日举行的会议上批准聘任总法律顾问张贤祥先生(张先生)为本公司首席合规官，任期自董事会决议通过之日起至本届董事会成员任期届满之日止。
