君圣泰医药-B昨日公布中期业绩，2025年上半年，集团录得亏损1.139亿元，较2024年同期亏损2.109亿元大幅收窄。 公司的核心产品HTD1801是一种全球首创的靶向肠－肝系统的口服抗炎及代谢调节剂。目前，HTD1801正在全球范围内开发，用于治疗CKM相关疾病，包括二型糖尿病(T2DM)、代谢相关脂肪性肝炎(MASH)、慢性肾病(CKD)、肥胖症、原发性硬化性胆管炎(PSC)及严重高甘油三酯血症(SHTG)。 其中，HTD1801新增慢性肾病适应症。临床前和临床研究均显示，HTD1801具有调节多种肾脏疾病相关致病机制的潜力，为代谢相关肾脏疾病提供了一种综合性干预策略。HTD1801在CKD领域具备显著治疗潜力，在相关药物的竞争格局中展现出改善eGFR（肾小球滤过率）变化趋势的优势。公司目前正在筹备HTD1801治疗CKD的II期临床研究。 除HTD1801外，集团亦研发出具备同样创新性的强大候选药物管线，包括HTD4010、HTF1037、HTF1057、HTD1804、HTD1805及HTD2802，集团的产品管线共针对十种潜在适应症。
