【马可数字科技认购WLFI基金权益】金色财经报道，马可数字科技(01942)发布公告，本集团近日已透过认购一个基金(该基金)的成员权益间接向ALT5 Sigma Corporation(纳斯达克股份代号： ALTS)(ALT5)投资50万美元(约392.5万港元)(该投资)。该基金与多家全球最大的机构投资者及知名的加密货币创投公司共同参与ALT5近期发行(发行)，由World Liberty Financial, Inc(WLFI)作为领投方。 本集团认为，该投资是一个具有资本增值潜力的投资机会，可加强本集团在Web 3.0(Web3)及去中心化金融(DeFi)领域的投资组合，从而令本集团可迎接 Web3及加密货币生态系统(包括数字资产交易及支付解决方案)的快速发展，亦策略性地达致本集团探索及参与有关加密货币生态系统的更广泛目标。
