Tiande Chemical (HKG:0609) reported 35.2 million yuan in attributable profit for the first half of 2025, falling from 42.4 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Earnings per share were 0.04 yuan, compared to 0.049 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue fell 5.6% year-on-year to 932.3 million yuan, figures showed.
Shares of the chemical company fell nearly 8% in late-morning trade Tuesday.
