智通财经APP讯，万城控股(02892)公布2025年中期业绩，收入为4140万元，同比减少10.2%;毛利1650万元，同比增长11.5%;公司权益股东应占亏损220万元，同比收窄96.4%;每股亏损0.29分。
公告称，亏损减少主要由于公司在2024年上半年确认公司联营公司其他应收款项的减值拨备;及公司联营公司作出计提应付利息。公司并未于2025年上半年确认该等减值及作出有关计提。此外，行政开支及所得税较上年同期大幅减少。因此，公司于截至2025年6月30日止六个月录得权益股东应占亏损大幅减少。
