Wildcat Resources (ASX:WC8) said drilling at its Bolt Cutter Central lithium discovery, near its Tabba Tabba lithium-tantalum project in Western Australia, returned high-grade assays, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

It encountered intercepts of six meters at a 1.5% grade of lithium oxide from 15 meters and of four meters at a 2.2% grade of lithium oxide from 57 meters. The pegmatites at the discovery are open in all directions.

Lithium mineralization was confirmed by drilling at the Hermione pegmatite prospect. It plans to conduct further drilling at the project.
