南方财经8月25日电，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，国华（青岛）智能装备有限公司发生工商变更，新增北京小米智造股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）为股东，同时，注册资本由约935.22万人民币增至约1047.45万人民币。国华（青岛）智能装备有限公司成立于2021年2月，法定代表人为王广，经营范围含智能机器人的研发，智能机器人销售，工业机器人制造，工业机器人销售，高速精密齿轮传动装置销售，轴承、齿轮和传动部件制造，变速箱制造，光学仪器制造，人工智能行业应用系统集成服务等。股东信息显示，该公司现由王广、齐鲁前海（青岛）创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）、金杨股份（301210）及上述新增股东等共同持股。公开信息显示，国华智能是一家专注于精密传动及伺服驱控系统的高新技术企业，致力于人形机器人核心部件的精心研发与制造。
