本报西宁讯 （记者 陶然 通讯员 张小梅） 截至8月15日，西宁市大通回族土族自治县累计争取老旧小区改造资金3.9亿余元，推进130余个老旧小区改造工程，惠及3.25万余户群众。
针对老旧小区屋面漏水、管道破损、供暖不热、车辆乱停等问题，2024年起，大通县相继落地老旧小区老旧管网更新、楼本体改造、基础设施改造等项目。截至目前，115个小区管道更新改造完成总工程量的70%以上，10月底前将全部建设完工。20个老旧小区楼本体改造项目全部开工建设，30个老旧小区基础设施改造项目进入招投标阶段。在物业管理上，大通县于2024年10月成立全市首个国企物业公司，实施公益化兜底管理，已进驻18个老旧小区，涉及1779户人口。
大通县以“红色物业”为引领，以1个市级“五星级”党支部、2个市级“红色物业示范点”和2个县级“红色物业示范点”为抓手，针对小区居民诉求，建立物业快速反应机制。2025年以来，全县物业开展综合服务6000余次，组织活动270余次。今年成立大通县物业服务指导中心，制定印发相关方案，着力破解物业管理难题，不断提升服务品质。
