智通财经APP讯，中国稀土(00769)发布公告，董事会已议决成立独立调查委员会，以(其中包括)进行调查，旨在识别任何潜在挪用资产、未经授权交易及/或不遵守上市规则的情况。公司亦正在评估若干财务及法律事宜，包括与集团附属公司潜在挪用资产、收购事项及其他潜在诉讼相关的问题。董事会经审慎周详考虑后认为，公司宜于完成对上述事宜(包括调查)的评估及评估其对集团财务表现及/或状况的潜在影响(如有)后，方可落实2025年中期业绩。鉴于上述情况，落实2025年中期业绩需要额外时间，因此，2025年中期业绩的刊发可能会延迟。
根据上市规则第13.48(1)条，公司须于6个月期间结束后不迟于3个月内刊发中期报告。由于可能延迟刊发2025年中期业绩，集团的中期报告(2025年中期报告)的刊发亦可能延迟。公司将于适当时候刊发进一步公告，以告知股东及潜在投资者有关刊发2025年中期报告。
