公司相信，有关预期除所得税前综合亏损净额转为除所得税前综合溢利净额主要归因于(其中包括)可换股可赎回优先股的公平值正值变动约为3840万美元，而于过往期间可换股可赎回优先股的公平值负值变动则约为2680万美元，反映截至2025年6月30日的一次性公平值调整。如公司日期为2025年6月24日的招股章程所披露：(a)所有可换股可赎回优先股于公司股份在2025年7月3日于联交所主板完成首次公开发售及上市后自动转换为公司普通股;(b)于可换股可赎回优先股在上市后自负债重新分类及重新指定为权益后，公司预期未来不会就可换股可赎回优先股确认任何其他公平值变动亏损或收益。

倘未计及上述可换股可赎回优先股的公平值正值变动(过往期间：可换股可赎回优先股的公平值负值变动)，集团预期于报告期间取得除所得税前综合亏损净额不少于3280万美元，较过往期间的约2530万美元增加约29.6%。
