近日，内蒙古呼和浩特市一名网友发布视频称，其通过外卖平台在当地一家海底捞门店下单后，收到客服带有侮辱性词汇的回复，事件引发关注。8月25日，海底捞相关负责人向南都N视频记者表示，“已启动专项调查并对其中可能涉及的问题进行报警处理。海底捞将彻查全貌，对任何涉嫌违规操作、损害顾客权益的行为，坚决追究相关责任。”

　　该网友发布的内容显示，其在外卖平台下单一份“单人肥牛尊享套餐”时询问客服，能否将肥牛和蟹棒换成蔬菜，却收到对方“换个鸡毛给你，要吗”等带有侮辱性词汇的回复。该事件随后引发热议。据了解，涉事门店为海底捞火锅五塔寺小学店。

　　8月25日，海底捞相关负责人向南都记者表示，“就海底捞火锅（五塔寺小学店）在第三方平台店铺账号出现不当内容及账号异常问题，海底捞已启动专项调查并对其中可能涉及的问题进行报警处理。海底捞将彻查全貌，对任何涉嫌违规操作、损害顾客权益的行为，坚决追究相关责任。”

　　同日晚，南都记者搜索发现，涉事门店原本服务时间到凌晨2时，目前显示为“已休息”状态。
