8月25日金融一线消息，据上海发布，上海市委副书记、市长龚正今天（8月25日）主持召开市政府常务会议，会议原则同意《关于加快推进上海农业社会化服务体系建设的若干措施》并指出，要以更大力度培育新型农业社会化服务主体，鼓励、支持各类经营主体积极参与农业社会化服务，培育一批规模大、实力强的龙头服务企业，立足各区域特点合理布局服务网点、配置服务资源。要以更大力度强功能、拓应用，突出强链延链，推动服务范围向农业生产全链条延伸，突出智慧应用，提高数字化、智能化水平，不断提升农业社会服务的广度和深度。要以更大力度做好用地、金融等各类要素支撑保障，进一步加强农业社会化服务网点用地支持，引导金融机构加大信贷支持力度，激励更多社会资本投入，推动农业社会化服务可持续、高质量发展，更好助力农业增效益、农村增活力、农民增收入。
