新子公司目标是打造通用型机器人，产品具备高精度、高灵活性和多场景适应性，能广泛应用于多个等领域，亦为客户提供智能机器人的技术咨询、维修等的完整软硬件一体化解决方案。
董事会认为新子公司的设立，既能加速新技术的研发与应用推广，又能与现有业务形成有效协同以拓展更广阔发展空间，还能吸引更多人才加入，为本集团长远发展奠定坚实基础。
