智通财经APP讯，中环新能源(01735)发布公告，于2025年8月25日，EGN LTD(EGN)与公司订立一份谅解备忘录，据此，谅解备忘录的各订约方(拟在阿曼投资光伏电站项目，并在当地建立光伏组件产能。合作将基于平等互利、产业协同及协调发展的原则，致力建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系，以实现共同成长及共享成功。
公告称，谅解备忘录项下的合作将有助集团扩展其绿色能源战略，并利用其于光伏电站项目开发及运营的经验及能力。董事会亦相信是次建议合作将可扩大集团的商机、扩阔其收入来源并提升其财务表现。因此，董事会认为与EGN的建议合作有利集团未来发展，并符合公司及其股东整体利益。
