智通财经APP讯，卓越商企服务(06989)发布公告，于2025年8月24日，本公司的全资附属公司卓越物业与卓越置业订立结算协议，据此，卓越置业将有条件转让而卓越物业将有条件接受转让抵销资产，总代价为人民币3.63亿元。
抵销资产包括卓越集团于中国持作待售的18项物业(包括写字楼单位;住宅及零售单位;停车位;及住宅单位、停车位及配套单位的使用权，分别位于东莞市、成都市、青岛市、武汉市、昆明市、天津市、广州市、嘉兴市、重庆市及深圳市);及卓越集团于中国持作开发的1项物业(即中国湖南省长沙市一个在建物业项目的多个公寓单位)。
于本公告日期，卓越集团有应付本集团的若干未偿还贸易应收款项及其他应收款项。经与卓越集团按公平塬则磋商后，本集团与卓越集团达成结算事项，结算事项将令本集团向卓越集团收回大部分的到期贸易应收款项及其他应收款项;减轻本集团的信贷风险;及为本集团提供长期增值资产组合。
