TradingKey - 区块链技术公司GrowHub融资1500万美元，拟在纳斯达克上市。
美东时间8月28日，新加坡区块链技术公司THE GROWHUB LIMITED（GrowHub）将在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“TGHL”。据悉，本次IPO发行375万股A类股，每股4.00美元，募资金额为1500万美元。
GrowHub成立于于2020年，主要是通过区块链技术解决产品的可追溯性和真实性，主要包括三类业务：区块链追溯解决方案（Blockchain Traceability Solution）、防伪解决方案（Anti-Counterfeit Solution）、碳管理解决方案（Carbon Management Solution）。
今年6月，GrowHub宣布计划在亚洲各地扩充其研发团队，以增强其AI能力。对此，该公司的执行长Lester Chan表示：“AI一直是我们未来成长策略的一部分，我们相信，AI在未来将会成为日常生活和商业营运中不可或缺的一部分。”
