RiverNorth Opportunities Fund Inc. has announced a transferable rights offering for its common stockholders, allowing them to purchase additional shares of common stock. The offering will be conducted under the Fund's existing shelf registration statement with the SEC and will be detailed in a forthcoming prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus. As of September 11, 2025, stockholders will receive one right per share held, enabling them to buy one new share for every three rights held. These rights are expected to be traded on the NYSE under the ticker RIV.RT. The subscription price will be calculated as 92.5% of the reported net asset value or 95% of the market price, whichever is higher, with the subscription period expiring on October 6, 2025.
