智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月25日，狮腾控股(02562)股东将股票由大华继显(香港)转入花旗银行，转仓市值5.62亿港元，占比6.77%。
7月28日，狮腾控股发布公告，公司将创建全新旗舰业务单位，即推出 Synagistics Digital Finance Group(SDFG)，其旨在为开创多货币、互通稳定币及真实世界资产(Real-World Assets, RWA)代币化的解决方案，并在获得监管及许可批文后，促进亚洲各地的发展及采用。
通过SDFG，狮腾控股旨在将传统金融体系与以区块链为基础的轨道进行连接，通过提供合规的代币化显示的真实世界资产(涵盖贸易应收款项、存货，甚至是未来现金流)。当该等代币化资产与可互通多货币稳定币(港元、离岸人民币、新加坡元及其他适用法定货币等货币挂钩)配对时，实现高效、可编程的结算、提升流动性，并将在分散的金融体系间实现无缝互通衔接。
