Odaily星球日报讯 据 Stargate 官方消息，LayerZero Foundation 已正式完成对 Stargate（STG）的全面收购，包括协议、代币及财库。
收购后，STG 代币将可按固定汇率（1 STG = 0.08634 ZRO）兑换为 LayerZero 的原生代币 ZRO，兑换窗口将长期开放。此外，StargateDAO 将解散，STG 质押功能终止，但之前锁定的 STG 将自动解锁，用户可随时兑换为 ZRO。同时，所有在 8 月 10 日前锁定的 veSTG 持有者将在未来六个月内共享协议 50%的 Stargate 收入，另外 50%将用于 ZRO 回购。
此前消息，Stargate DAO 已批准 LayerZero 对 Stargate (STG) 的收购。
