近日，融 360 通过内部全员信正式宣布，前阿里、字节资深财务高管张洵（Amy Zhang）加盟融360担任全球首席财务官（CFO），全面负责集团境内外财务、税务及资本规划工作，并以集团管理委员会核心成员身份参与重大战略决策与经营管理。
资料显示，张洵（Amy Zhang）拥有超过 15 年财务管理经验，曾任职于阿里、字节跳动、瓜子二手车、兰亭集势等全球化头部企业及成长型科技公司。对于Amy的加入，融360联合创始人、董事长、 CEO叶大青在内部信中提到：“公司正处在战略聚集与组织变革的关键阶段，我们比以往任何时候都更需要一支高度专业的管理团队。期待Amy与大家携手同行，彼此成就，共同推动公司走向更加健康、可持续的发展阶段。“
