法院批准计划的颁令副本已于2025年8月27日(星期三)(百慕达时间)交予百慕达公司注册处处长以作登记。因此，构成计划文件一部分的说明备忘录“4.该建议及计划的条件”一节所载的条件第(3)项已获达成。
所有尚未达成的条件已获达成，且计划已于2025年8月27日(星期三)(百慕达时间)生效。
股份于联交所的上市地位将于2025年8月29日(星期五)下午四时正起撤销。
