8月25日，饿了么和淘宝闪购联合宣布，对城市骑士社保补贴范围将扩展至全国。为全国骑士补贴养老保险、医疗保险补贴比例最高至100%。具体来说，对全国稳定跑单且有意愿缴纳养老保险、医疗保险的骑士补贴至少50%保费；对骑士队长、荣誉骑士全额缴纳。今年10月首批城市落实，年底前将覆盖全国。此外，饿了么将全量足额缴纳“新职伤”费用，并为所有骑士提供防暑险。
