智通财经APP获悉，龙蟠科技(02465)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.33%，报9.49港元，成交额7691.4万港元。
消息面上，据北极星储能网报道，8月21日，龙蟠科技发布2025年度向特定对象发行A股股票预案。向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额不超过人民币20亿元(含本数)，扣除相关发行费用后的募集资金净额拟用于11万吨高性能磷酸盐型正极材料项目、8.5万吨高性能磷酸盐型正极材料项目，以及补充流动资金。
其中，11万吨高性能磷酸盐型正极材料项目经营主体为龙蟠科技控股孙公司山东锂源，本次募集资金到位后，公司拟对控股子公司常州锂源进行增资扩股，再由常州锂源向其全资子公司山东锂源进行增资扩股或借款。项目实施地点是山东省菏泽市鄄城县，建设内容为新建年产11万吨高性能磷酸盐型正极材料生产线。
龙蟠科技认为，近年来以宁德时代、比亚迪、楚能新能源为代表的电池厂商不断新增产能布局。本次募投项目将有利于公司就近配套电池厂商新增产能，提升公司高性能磷酸盐正极材料的供应能力，并进一步提升公司高性能磷酸盐正极材料市场占有率。
