据《中国企业家》今日报道,京东外卖业务的核心负责人郭庆谈到“补贴大战”时表示,首先看到了同行对机会的渴望和对错失机会的恐惧。第二,看到了一些人对于简单重复的路径的依赖。第三,看到了对于创造长期社会价值,帮用户吃得更好更放心的能力的缺失。
他表示对这波恶性的补贴大战,京东内部有明确结论:京东绝不会掉入单量陷阱,绝不会以冲单量来体现市场地位、制造市场泡沫。
郭庆称京东外卖推出还不到半年,他觉得做外卖这个事至少是以5年、10年为周期的。不要争一时之长短,要在5年、10年、20年的维度来看待业务的发展。“这个过程我认为是一场马拉松,千万不要拿跑400米的心态去跑。”
