智通财经APP获悉，中华国际(01064)午前飙升逾160%，截至发稿，涨158.33%，报0.155港元，成交额576.73万港元。
消息面上，中华国际拟于8月29日举行董事会会议考虑及批准中期业绩。中华国际发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止六个月将取得净溢利约4000万港元(暂订数)，相比截至2024年6月30日止六个月净亏损约3100万港元(未经审核数)。
公告称，转亏为盈乃主要由于经参考独立专业物业估值师于本期间的初步估值后，本期间取得一间实体股本权益的公允价值收益约4000万港元(暂订数)(上一期间：亏损约2800万港元(未经审核数))，其主要是由于本期间在重新换算过程中人民币升值所致。该公允价值收益为非现金交易，并于集团综合收益表确认为未变现收益。
