智通财经APP获悉，华兴资本控股(01911)早盘涨超16%，截至发稿，涨8.35%，报9.34港元，成交额4254.06万港元。
消息面上，华兴资本控股发布公告，与YZiLabs签署战略合作备忘录，双方拟围绕币安币(BNB)及BNBChain生态建立长期合作框架。据悉，华兴资本将投入约1亿美元专项配置BNB资产，并联合华夏基金（香港）等生态伙伴开发基金化产品及Web3拓展方案，目标推动BNB在香港持牌虚拟资产交易所实现合规上币。同时，公司将在YZiLabs支持下设立规模达数亿美元的RWA基金，并协助香港上市公司在稳定币及RWA场景中采用BNB公链。
值得注意的是，华兴资本控股拟于8月28日举行董事会会议以审批中期业绩。公司此前发布盈喜，预期上半年公司拥有人应占利润约6498万人民币，去年同期录得公司拥有人应占亏损约7382万人民币，同比实现扭亏为盈，主要由于集团投资管理业务分部经营利润大幅增加，持续为集团的财务表现提供大力支持；华兴证券有限公司2025年上半年亏损大幅降低，及集团在降低经营成本方面取得显著成果，经营开支显著降低。
