消息指出，寰宇娱乐文化(01046.HK) 主席兼执行董事林小明新近沽售何文田半山壹号半山径17号高层单位，单位实用面积1,137方呎，三房间隔，原叫价2,550万元，最终累减至2,150万元易手，呎价18,909元。该价格较汇丰银行网上估价2,245万元，低95万元或4.2%。
另据资料显示，上述单位楼下低数层的同室，本月中以2,188万元易手，林小明此次沽货价格，较之卖平38万元或1.7%。
据悉，林小明早于2009年斥1,968.9万元一手购入该单位，持货约16年账面仍赚181.1万元，升值9.2%。(hc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
