智通财经APP讯，中国金石(01380)发布公告，于2025年8月28日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人刘德生订立另一份认购协议，据此，公司有条件同意配发及发行，而认购人有条件同意认购1123.6万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.178港元，代价为200万港元。
认购股份合共相当于紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大之已发行股份约2.94%(假设除发行认购股分外已发行股份并无变动)。认购价每股认购股份0.178港元较股份于2025年8月28日(即认购协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股0.180港元折让约1.11%。
认购事项所得款项净额估计约为190万港元，相当于净认购价约为每股认购股份0.169港元。认购事项所得款项拟用作：(a)集团一般营运资金用途;及(b)集团业务发展及扩张(包括但不限于拨付收购智利采矿权的资金)。
