澳博(00880.HK) 宣布，其附属澳娱综合以代价5.29亿元向控股股东澳娱收购葡京酒店部分物业。该物业位于葡京路2至4号，其总可用面积约为7,504平方米，占葡京酒店总面积逾6%。澳博预料利用该物业，可将葡京娱乐场的现有业务额外扩展，当中将包括前博彩区域及扩张新设施。
在预期将重新分配计划于2025年底前停止营运的卫星娱乐场的若干赌台及角子机的支持下，澳娱综合预计于该物业内开展博彩业务。澳博表示，由于葡京酒店与新葡京相邻并无缝连接，两者合并已成为澳门半岛最大的综合渡假村，收购将令澳娱综合能够进一步扩大规模及整合其于澳门半岛的葡京品牌业务，服务贵宾及中场市场客户，具有经营协同效应。(gc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-08-28 16:25。)
