ChainCatcher 消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）近日宣布将采用纳斯达克的市场监控系统，以提升对数字资产市场的监管能力。该系统将为监管机构提供自动警报和"跨市场分析"功能，帮助识别潜在的市场操纵模式，并支持机构"在交易量和波动性增加期间快速扩展监管能力"。新系统将使机构能够获取全面的订单簿数据，支持实时分析和决策，有效"防止和检测传统及加密资产市场的滥用行为"。
据悉，CFTC 近期已启动"加密冲刺"计划，重点关注加密期货交易及总统数字资产市场工作小组提出的建议。如果国会通过目前正在两院审议的相关立法，CFTC 在加密货币监管领域的权限将显著扩大。此前提出的《Clarity Act》法案将赋予 CFTC 对区块链大宗商品的专属管辖权，要求数字商品交易所、经纪商和交易商进行注册，并实施新的合规、反洗钱和报告义务。
目前，CFTC 面临人员变动挑战，包括 Pham 在内的四位委员已离职或将在新主席确认后离任。
