Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123) saw a 25% decline in attributable profit in the first half of 2025 to 1.37 billion yuan from 1.83 billion yuan in the year-ago period, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The property firm's earnings per share stood at 0.3403 yuan in the interim period, down from 0.455 yuan in the corresponding period of the last year.
Revenue rose 35% to 47.6 billion yuan in the half year from 35.3 billion yuan a year prior.
The firm declared an interim dividend of HK$0.166 per share for the period, payable Nov. 20 to shareholders of record on Oct. 17.
